A healthy mind and body group for ladies struggling with body image and bound by an unhealthy relationship with eating.

On 19th April 2021 we will be starting the Taste and See Programme, a 10 week online programme to help us develop a healthy relationship with food. The programme is faith-based course designed to help us discover ways to find freedom in eating and accept who we are.

At the first meeting we will explain more about the course and how it will work so please come along and find out. There is no obligation to join. 

We will provide participants with access to an online portal where they will be able to view teaching material, adding comments as they go. We will then meet each Monday evening at 6pm, initially via Zoom to discuss what we have learnt and to pray together.
